See What Our Fur Parents Are Saying..
"I first started using Heather while I was recovering from an operation. Both of my dogs have anxiety and can be very temperamental, both with new people and new places. They have very quickly fallen in love with Heather. She is extremely friendly, 100% reliable and also supports with training. Not sure how I coped beforehand."

See What Other Fur Parents Are Saying..
"Would highly recommend this special young lady as she completely puts my dog at ease when she walks him. He's a spaniel with separation issues so doesn't make it easy but her calm nature and ability to communicate with him is amazing. She is firm and kind and has boundless energy,my boy Louie loves her and looks out the window for her. He walks nice off lead but tends to pull on lead, she's sorted that out in 1 session.
Grateful owner, Amanda, Beds."

FAQs
If you have a question, unanswered below- send us an email and we'll get it answered ;)
Do you supply leads, poo bags, water and treats?
No. Only because every dog has different nutritional needs when it comes to treats. Poo bags and leads should be supplied by the owner, alongside a transportable water bottle for the fur baby(ies).
What training methods/approach do you use?
We beleive firmly in making a connection before making a correction. Establishing a good relationship with the doggo, allows them to trust us, making them feel safe. We do like to offer treat rewards for wanted behaviour and we ignore behaviour we don't want repeating (i.e- biting/lunging/barking). Of course, working closely with the fur parents to continue their wishes in terms of their own dogs behaviour. They aren't ours, so we will abide by the parents wishes in terms of training.
Where are you going to walk my dog (s)
We can walk your fur babies anywhere you choose within reason. If there is somewhere specific which is a drive away, we will ask for standard 45p p/mile on top of payment. Generally, we like to walk in amoungst fields/woodland/canalside. Anywhere stimulating to our furry friends sniffers.
Are you fully insured in case of accident/injury/lost pet
Absolutely. We have full insurance which covers us and your doggo's and us, incase of injury, accident, damage to property/person/object, rest assured, we are insured.
If we are at work, do you collect our dog (s) from our home?
Yes, we are happy to collect your doggo(s) from home, if you are not in. We are happy to have a house/back door key if required.
My dog likes to get really wet and muddy when out, is that okay?
Yes, we really encourage dogs to be dogs, with the owners approval of course. We love jumping in puddles and getting muddy ourselves, so bring it on. We have towels and a back seat cover for the car and happy to wash your doggo's off once home, if you don't want them bringing mud into the house. Each client provides/shows us what to use if needed.
How do you transport my dog(s) in your car?
We have 3 seat belt secure restraints in the car. We which require each doggo in our car to be wearing a suitably fitted harness to attatch them safely. These harnesses should be supplied by the owners ready for the walk.
Is it just my dog(s) you're walking or will you be walking other dogs at the same time?
Depending on location of the doggo's, temperament and times- we can walk them together (MAX: 4 dogs per walk) or, if you choose/prefer, we can walk doggo's from different families seperately. It all really depends on your preference and the doggo's temperament when walking/with other dogs.
My dog has really bad anxiety and is reluctant to walk, can you still walk him?
I would highly recommend in this situation, that some time is spent with the dog in and around the house/near the house where the dog feels confident or more comfortable. This will be bookable time, but time well spent, if we can get your little fur babies out walking happily. I have worked and walked with anxious doggo's before and they just need to know they can trust you and feel safe. That rapport needs to be built before expecting them to walk in the open/or enclosed field with a stranger. We need to become friends first, friends with respect and boundries.
